Congratulations to Taneele Rowe, the winner of our recent youth contest.  The youth have just concluded their latest series on the Full Armor of God and will be starting a new series on Wednesday, April 21st called:  ”The Heart of Man.”  This Wednesday will be a celebration party, celebrating the conclusion of the last series.

Taneele ended up scoring over 9,000 points in this contest, as well as had perfect attendance for the weeks that the series ran.  She was also present during our revival services for every single night (held earlier this year) and her level of dedication has contributed to her success in this last contest.

Congratulations, Taneele!  Way to go!

• Our monthly ladies’ meeting that was scheduled for April 25th has been rescheduled for April 24th (Saturday) @ 11:00 AM.  We are asking all ladies (and young ladies) that are able to attend to please be present for this meeting.  This will be the first Ladies’ meeting since the election of our new president and vice president.
• The Men’s Fellowship meeting that was scheduled to be held on April 25th will has been moved to April 30th @ 7:30 PM.  Brother Carl Rowe has opened up his home for a time of great eating, fun games, and wonderful fellowship.  We are asking any men (or young men, ages 16 and up) that are able to attend to please try to make this meeting.  It promises to be a lot of fun and you will not want to miss it!

As we continue to grow our website, one thing that we have been looking at is making our website easier to view on mobile devices.  (iPhone, Blackberry, etc.)  Due to the nature of our website layout, our website is difficult to view on some mobile devices.  However, we are pleased to announced that from this moment forward, our website will detect if you have a mobile device and format the site so that is easier to see on your mobile device.  You can also decide to switch back to the regular ‘full theme’ if you desire, as some mobile devices can still handle our ‘full theme.’

So, no matter if you have a Blackberry, an iPhone, a smartphone, or some other mobile device;  the SCoG website is now easy to access and get your information while on the go.
