Starting today, all visitors to our website can now access our Mailing List section, found under our CONTACT page. (Also found on our navigation bar, towards the bottom, on the left.) The media department will be working with our department heads to bring forth different mailing lists that can be used to help get news and information out in a much more timely fashion. Anyone that is currently part of Pastor’s Mailing list will be added to the main church mailing list (default), as we migrate moving over to the new system. Mailing lists provide much better access to e-mail information for the following reasons:
- Opt-In / Opt-Out – You decide if you want to subscribe (or unsubscribe) by just entering your e-mail address.
- Privacy – No names, no personal information. Just your e-mail address and that’s it.
- More Privacy – Mass mailings do not include your e-mail address (or others) in them.
- More Efficient – Mass mailings can be sent from just about anywhere, not just someone’s address book on their computer.
Snellville Church of God will NEVER give your e-mail address to any third-party or anyone outside of Snellville Church of God. Your e-mail will be kept confidential and only used for the reason(s) specified in the mailing list section of our site. You may choose to remove yourself from our mailing list at any time.
