If you were able to tune into our webcast this morning, you probably noticed that we were having some issues. We are happy to report that it appears that we have worked through these issues, as well continued to help our webcast evolve into a better viewing experience. We have been testing some changes to our webcast format and starting tonight, these changes should be in effect:
- Higher resolution broadcast (webcast now looks better in full screen mode)
- More bandwidth on our broadcast (allowing better picture and higher quality audio)
- Increased the ‘frames per second’ (which allows for a much SMOOTHER video)
Please be advised that we are still trying to iron out any remaining kinks in this new video format. We will be placing a ‘feedback form’ on our webpage that will allow you contact us during the live broadcast, should you experience any issues with our new webcast format. This will be located under the main video window on the Live Webcast page.
Also, until further notice, the recording of our webcasts to view on our USteam page will not be taking place. The new webcast format, while improving our live feed, makes it very difficult for us to record the services. We are continuing to explore our options to have this feature used again in the future.
We appreciate all those who continue to support our Live Webcast by tuning in! We are making great strides in trying to offer you the best online webcast experience possible.
